Currently, all the settings including design elements for the Giving Campaign feature are housed in the V2 Admin Panel, but the vast majority of these design elements and settings should be editable by client admins and not limited to just V2 Users/CSMs/Support. It would be ideal if only sensitive settings such as payroll programs are housed in V2, while the rest of the settings are accessible and editable by client admins in the client admin panel.
