We typically do not have a t-shirt pick-up location. We distribute the shirts prior to the event by sending them through our company's inter-office mail system. We would want staff members to correctly select their locations so we can send their shirt to the correct location.

In regards to instructions for your volunteers, for team events, have you utilized the meetup instructions as a way to inform the volunteers of not only the event location but potentially t-shirt pickup location. We have seen other clients use this section to include additional information as needed. We also just added meetup instructions to the participant confirmation email so the volunteer has that information handy. Let us know if you had a different idea in mind or if you have any questions on using meetup instructions please work with your CSM.
