Combine post-event survey email with the Post-Event Attendance Confirmation Email (or allow customization)

Right now, we have two emails sent out after an event that could easily be combined into one if we had the capability to do that.

We would like it to be customizable as we need to add a link to our enterprise wide employee volunteer survey as the CSRconnect survey doesn't meet our needs.
