Once events are created in NPOc and published, we need the ability for limited editing to add Boeing specific tags, volunteer campaign, type, category indicators to the event. This helps with cleaner reporting, easier search and consistent event categorization for evaluating impact. The selected tags only apply to the Boeing specific event, not affecting any other affiliates who have permissions to show the NPO's event in their communities.
