The Help Center explains a feature called Participation Levels that gives people certain benefits if they have given at certain levels. I'd like to see this functionality available as people hit volunteer milestones. For example, if you have volunteered 10 hours YTD, you get a badge for your signature. If you've volunteered 20 hours YTD, you get the badge plus double incentive for the rest of the year. If you've volunteered 100 hours, you get all of that plus lunch with the CEO, etc.
