This is a common assumption that it is existing functionality when we mention we have an integration with Workday. If it is so widely assumed, we should create this connection. It creates double works on admins and employees because the two systems are not connected, degrading the efficacy of volunteer reporting on our side. It is not efficient to have to report the same action twice.
