Ability for employee to register another employee for an event

  • Backstory – employees used to log other employees as ‘guest’

  • Guests now disabled

  • This would apply to end users who have already signed up

  • Would help getting hours logged with accuracy

  • Would limit event admin need to be adding additional guests

  • Do we require invitees to accept invite? Likely no, can unregister if necessary

  • Volunteer reporting – column for ‘invited by’, etc.

  • Would Medtronic take issue with employee search showing users with access? No.

  • Available to all employees? Yes – no tiers needed
