Setting up CRA for a client is challenging. All functions of CRA should be available to all CRA clients. Having a toggle on the V2 admin portal that surfaced all CRA set up options would clarify what's currently available. Or even just a CRA specific section.
Source of Idea: MSA codes being tied to custom questions. Not all CRA clients use custom questions but all CRA clients need MSA information.
