Add more detail to CSRConnect Admin panel on nonprofits when reviewing matching gifts

I have turned on the compliance statement validation as part of our matching gift requirements. But I have learned that the current response in the tool only shows that statements have not been completed when in reality that can mean, they haven't been completed OR they just don't comply with one or more.
