Currently, a survey shows one question per page. Employees are required to answer each question prior to viewing remaining questions.

Multiple questions per page flows better as to not have to click "next" after each entry and employees can easily scroll back to the top should they need to edit a response, rather than hitting "back" multiple times.

Multiple questions per page would also allow employees to view all questions prior to submitting answers for each question - we've found that when employees aren't able to view all questions prior to completing the survey, they end up entering data into an earlier field rather than a more appropriate field populated further into the survey.
