Individual Activity - Approval/Denial for Incentives

Having option where clients can turn on a review and "approve" option for independent activity recorded by employees. Have these hours be able to be reviewed /approved to count towards any incentive program within the system.

A brief example: Golfing in charity's golf outing does not count as volunteering per company policy.

Vicky volunteer entered independent hours about golfing 9 hours at a golf outing the company sponsored two days after the outing. Those 9 hours Vicky triggered an automatic volunteer incentive to generate . Vicky went and redeemed the incentive immediately to her local dog shelter.

Admin on back end will then need to review what hours/events where used to earn and redeem the incentive. Seeing the golf outing listed, the admin now has to take extra steps to decline the incentive (if approval review turned on) go into the employees Independent volunteer activities and find the event they entered and remove the hours that do not fit within the policy.

If approval option for Independent volunteering - it will allow admins an easier and quicker audit opportunity for report pulls and incentive programs.

(Angle Points had this option and it was a life saver for catching incorrect data entered by employees prior to it getting pulled into the reports. Also helped to correct the entry of employees selecting wrong organization from search options - wrong location, state, chapter etc.)

Idea falls into Volunteer category but also effects, incentive and reporting categories as well.
