Allow for NPO Events feed to adhere to volunteer charity bucket - this module not filtering out restricted NPOs creates a dynamic where many communities cannot utilize this functionality (as it would put them at risk)

    My company will only be able to turn on the external events feed if we can have our charity bucket parameters apply here.

    Charity bucket parameters are set for a variety of reasons including compliance and support of focus areas. Any representations of charity information should respect these parameters. It's an inconsistent message to site users when they don't.
