It would be great to have volunteer participation/gamification similar to the current giving participation that is available. It would be beneficial to the CSR program to offer incentives and encourage associates to log their volunteer hours in YourCause so they can level up. Additionally, I would love to see a way for associates to see and log their micro-actions/small actions that they perform that aren't tied to just volunteering or giving. For example, during April, we host a Sustainability Challenge, and it would be great for associates to see the micro-actions like turning off the water while brushing their teeth, being able to confirm they participated, and them being able to see the impact of these actions over the year and for the program manager to report on it.
