We would like to add custom content to this message users receive confirming they recorded individual volunteer activity in order to remind users to check back on the Community Page/My Incentives to see if they have an Incentive to claim. It is so NOT obvious to users that they have this opportunity without an email going out to them or some BIG announcement on the Community page when they log in. The little ! by My Incentives isn’t a great call to Action. See attached example of email from UAT.

I agree with Savannah that it would be beneficial to be able to customize all the emails (much like we can do in GrantsConnect). In fact, I was just meeting with my team today and we remarked that the need to customize the email that gets sent AFTER a volunteer activity is very important because we need to remind employees to share their photos and stories with us. Just remining them to make sure their hours are recorded accurately is not enough. Please consider this upgrade. It would be a huge value-ad!
I would love to add custom text to ALL emails!!!!!!! Our site gets WAY too many emails about Incentives though and it is absolutely horrible and annoying.
