New Option for Virtual Events

Create a second pathway for virtual events that allows the event creator to associate the event with a specific locale. The ask is that there are two options when creating virtual, one that is open to any location and does not have an API Location Requirement, and another that is associated with a specific location and keeps the API Location Requirement.

This would help with saved searches for specific regions, as well as to help with any language limitations.

    This would be extremely helpful when pulling year end data. In order to pull a report for all events from one office location, and include virtual events, we have to do a lot of manual clean up after a virtual event is closed to make sure it is accounted for in that sites year end report.
