In our Old Volunteering feature, there were fields that were not required that carried over into our New Volunteering feature launched in 2019. Employees are able to make edits to their old participation, even if it does not have data in the fields required within New Volunteering. For example, individual activity records do not need an event description if they were created prior to the migration to New Volunteering.

The lack of descriptions can create issues for CRA reporting. Please disable editing on any records that do not have all currently required fields.
