When going through the checkout flow, clicking 'Continue' advances in a way that does not make sense. When 'Continue' is first present, the 'Confirm and Finish' button is shown but greyed out. It is not enabled until 'Continue' is selected, and then it moves to a page where it says 'Choose what information you wish to share with the organization(s) receiving your donation.' and allows 'Confirm and Finish', but does not have anything to choose as that step was already taken.

The 'Continue' should be removed and the 'Confirm & Finish' should be enabled when the affirmation statement is agreed to.
