Give admins the ability to add keywords

Give admins the ability to add keywords to a charity. Sometimes it's hard to get organizations to add keywords that employees typically use for nonprofit organizations. For example, a local school district's official name isn't their display name and employees can't find it.

    Hi Amy, thank you for your submission. Our product team is currently exploring ways to improve our charity search functionality to return better results. At this time, allowing CSR admins to add keywords 'tags' is not in consideration as charity profiles are global across all customers.
