It is hard for clients to know where an organization is in the vetting process currently as the Vetting Requests report does not provide much information. If we could include 2 additional data points, it could help clarify where the org is in the vetting process:

• Add 'Vetting in Progress' status to see when an organization has submitted their vetting application (instead of just 'Pending')

• Add Charity Admin column so it can identify who the registered admin is, which would provide clarity if there is not one, indicating the charity has not taken action
