The Volunteer Recommendation email is currently hooked up to just projects. If someone has a skill selected in their My Account, and there is a project that lists that skill, the user receives this email. It would be very powerful if this email also sent for volunteer events. It would help increase engagement because employees would be able to see there is a relevant event coming up, without them needing to proactively check in CSRconnect.
