A new client about to sign their contract asked if we could split invoices by segment. At present, this is not possible. It would streamline their invoicing and funding process significantly. The segments represent different brands located all over the globe so managing this centrally is a challenge. Therefore, they would like the ability to invoice by segment and are willing to pay extra for this convenience. I see other global clients or clients with segmentation needing this ability. As we expand more globally I see this both as an opportunity to generate more ARR and offer a custom service our clients would greatly appreciate.
