There has been a lot of feedback from our users about the frequency and necessity of these emails. To answer for that, I would like a way for donors to opt out of receiving these emails. "Written notification is not required when donors affirmatively request not to be notified."

Clients have also suggested that greater control over the delivery timing of these emails would help maintain faith in the giving program and clear up confusion when the invoicing is off-schedule and employees receive donation confirmation many months after the donation was made. If there is not a way to turn off these emails, is there a way to adjust the delivery timing? Or is there a way to alter/add communication when invoice schedule is disrupted?
This messaging is VERY confusing for anyone outside the state of CA. Its a lot of emails regarding donations and could cause users to be confused and loose faith in the YourCause giving platform. If that were to happen our programs would come to a halt. Please allow donors to opt out.
