Client is unable to rely on Incentives transaction report to tell her if an incentive is still eligible after a period of time. She wants to rely on this report to send out personal reminders to redeem incentives. For instance, if a person removes their hours, it still appears in the report for weeks before dropping off. So she ends up sending emails out to folks that no longer qualify. A suggestion is to add 'approved', 'redeemed', 'issued' and/or 'revoked', 'expired' to the 'incentive status' column. Add an 'Issued Date' column, 'Revoked Date' column, 'Expiration Date' column. Whichever changes are accepted, it would be helpful to have them added in Tableau as well.
