We are looking for a quick and easy way to track/show when an employee is added to CSRconnect via the HR file and when they no longer are on the HR file. Having these dates in the user's account page would be beneficial. Our auditors require us to show that an employee who is no longer working at Ecolab, WAS working at Ecolab when they applied for a matching gift. From the transactions listing in the Admin panel under Users, I can't tell. This would be something really great to have available. It took me more than an hour to go through our downloads of the weekly HR files to find when he was last listed. There has to be a better, integrated solution!
