One of my teammates was doing a manual upload of volunteers and didn’t notice the small ‘or’ in the instructions, so we added both the employee ID and the email address (it was a large group, so she felt silly that she did extra work!).

She had a kind suggestion that if the verbiage could be a bit more obvious, it may help prevent others from the same ‘mistake’ and reminder her of this in the future. See the suggestion below.

“…as well as either the Employee ID OR Employee Email.”
