Currently, the site runs on UTC, so everything in a clients' site will be set to UTC unless the specific feature has a setting to select a time zone (i.e. incentives, EEs). This can cause confusion when it comes to program deadlines, tax receipting (12/31-01/01), etc. If a client could select the timezone for their entire site to be in, this could help them better account for their employee populations' time zones. While many clients have employees in various time zones and this would not completely resolve issues associated with that, it could help to resolve issues for a vast majority. The addition of time zone settings in specific features is helpful, but allowing it in the community as a whole to account for donation times and volunteer record entries would be helpful.
