When revieweing pending volunteer grants, a CSRconnect admin can us Look Up Requests to see their users grant requests. The admin has the option to extend the request to see additional details such as the organization information. One of the pieces of information offers "NPO Approval Status:". Most volunteer grant requests say "NPO Approval Status: pending" because the client community is not set up to require NPO approval. This is misleading because the admin may be waiting for a for a change in this status before the finalize the volunteer grant approval.
