Please consider enhancing the current 'Add Participant' functionality associated with both Events and Projects.

Currently, creators and organizers have the ability to add participants to team events and projects. When this action is taken the end user who has been added to the event/project is not required to complete the CRA custom questions or acknowledge the Disclaimer. These are required steps that must be completed prior to an individual participant signing themselves up for the event/project. As a result of the current functionality we have several end users who have not completed the CRA custom question or acknowledge the Disclaimer. Participants added by an organizer/creator are also receiving volunteer incentives for these activities without having completing the required questions and disclaimer.
