Enable Ability to Impersonate Employees within CSRc Admin In Any Page Employee Name is Available

When reviewing match requests, incentive redemptions, etc., it is common to have to impersonate the employee to verify information before proceeding with approval. If the impersonation capability was added to these pages, it would increase efficiency and create a better user experience.
