When there are links to orgs listed on EE, have them open in a NEW TAB

We noticed that when clicking on an org that is listed in the right nav on an EE, that the user is taken to that org page instead of a new tab opening up. We request that any time you click on one of the orgs listed that it open in a new tab.

    Thanks for asking. Because there could be more than one org listed on the EE and the user may want to go back and reference the next org listed to make an additional donation. Then they don't have to go all the way back to the home page and find the EE (and sometimes our EE's aren't shown on the Home page, so even more reason to have it not 'disappear' once someone starts a donation.)

    Hey Lisa, thank you for your submission. Could you help us understand why opening in a new tab would be a preferred experience then continuing in the checkout flow as it does currently?
