Add Zip Code to Board Membership Report in Standard Reports

This information is needed for CRA Reporting. While the zip code can be found in Ad Hoc reporting or data feeds, the board membership report is the only report that is inclusive of all board membership data at all times. Adding the zip code into this report would help CRA teams immensely.

It's pretty odd that postal code is the only piece of the address missing.
