Add Program Name and Rule Name to the Incentive Job Summary review window
Add the Program Name and Rule to the Job Summary window and to the report that is downloaded. These are critical elements to ensuring the incentive is issued to the correct program and rule. Since the process to revert incentives is
difficult, these elements need to be added to minimize the need to revert the incentive.
