The current vetting flag says 'Needs Vetting', but clicking on it allows the employee to initiate a vetting request. If this flag was updated to say 'Request Vetting', it will indicate to employees that it is meant to be clicked on so they can start the vetting process. Otherwise, they may not know to click, especially if they have already done so within the 'Search Organizations' page.
