In My Giving a donor can user the status for each donation to learn more details about the unique transaction. Once a donation has gone on hold and is redirected to a new or alternate charity, the donation status of Complete does not include notation around the donation originally being intended for a different organization.

When applicable, this detail is really useful for a donor to know especially if the donation included corporate funds that were automatically redirected to an alternate charity.
