We are looking for an option to send reminder emails to a select group of users about a particular program FROM CSRconnect so that the message is recoreded in the employees' message section.

For example, we want to be proactive about reaching out to all users who are elgible for Incentives but haven't redeemed them yet IN ADVANCE of the automated 10 day expiration notice. Right now, we have to do that manually using our own email and there is no record of it CSRconnect for the employee to reference.
