I know you have heard this before, but NGOs where English is not their first language have a VERY hard time completing the vetting requirements. For a company that touts a Global Good network, we would like there to be more support for those NGOs that don't speak English as their first language. Please see the attached email exchange where an employee expresses that the NGO tried but bc the requirements are in English they just weren't able to complete. There is an opportunity for BB/YC to hire individuals who speak other languages to help out in this area. Or even start with some interns! But for years we have been mentioning this.
