When an employee's volunteer event is approved, the link in the approval email takes them to the management page. There is no explicit instructions anywhere for how the employee gets to the sign-up page or for how they can share that sign-up page to employees. I know the title in blue is a link, but employees don't know that. That link text should be replaced with 'click here to go to the sign-up page' or some type of instruction to the leader.
