Currently when an end user comes across a organization that is listed as 'Not Accepting Donations' on their individual charity page, end users are given no direction and this may stop them from making any donations at all.
It would be helpful if there could be some help text added to a charity page that reflects 'Not Accepting Donations'. This help text could either provide reasons as to why the end users are unable to make a donation at the time, steps to help the organization become donation eligible again, or could simply offer information on how to contact the Customer Advocacy team to obtain the reason/actions needed.
