We would love the ability to update the status of a VTO request. In our call center environment, VTO requests are declined a lot but sometimes they can change at the last minute if availability for someone to be off the phones opens up. Right now, I have to impersonate the manager who declined the request, delete that VTO request, and then impersonate the employee to add VTO again to the past event. It is an imperfect process.
