Give clients access to the table to see how many records are uploaded - the ability to download failure/pass reports, see manual uploads, and update notifications.
Do not allow them to change SFTP information, or change the schedule, or upload files.

Also for certain clients, like maybe those under 1,000 (or maybe some type formula where clients with smaller employee size) would have a larger percentage allowance for change. Some clients who have a small employee size gets hit with many HR file failures because they hit the 4% change barrier often.
I think after they correct their HR file from seeing what's on the HR file report, they should be able to do a manual upload. I have a client that has an exception to access the HR file area and it's been working well for years. After the HR file failure, they fix the file and do a manual upload.
This would be a big time saver in correcting HR File failures and cut out a step of Admin Support needing to provide details on the reason for failure.
