Make Volunteer Event Contact info a reportable field

Volunteer Event Creators can add additional contacts for an event on the first Event Details page and creators add other contacts here not knowing there is the opportunity to add "additional organizers" in pt. 2 of creating an event.

We would like ability for admins to be able to pull a report of additional contacts.

A resolution is to Include “additional organizers” on the first General Details page next to “additional contacts” and a disclaimer on what the difference is between a contact and an organizer.

    Adding: The client reporting ask is for a Volunteer Events report which includes Event Creator, Event Organizers, and Event Contacts for events even if there are no 'participants' registered for the event.

    +1 to Madison's comment. A client is organizing a volunteer campaign in which event leads/organizers are not necessarily participating as volunteers during their events.

    They would like a report that lists all of the Organizers and Additional Contacts, regardless if any volunteers have registered for the event. We can't find a way to accomplish this due to the data sources being tied to 'participation'.

    Adding to this idea that an event organizer is only pulled into reporting when the organizer has signed-up for the event that they are an organizer of. Would like to ask that event organizers and the associated contact information be pulled into reporting, regardless of if the organizer has taken the action to sign-up.
