While we understand the purpose of the new deposit emails is to provide more transparency it is actually causing more confusion with our associates. We would prefer the option to opt in or ability to turn them off completely to avoid an enormous amount of email questions regarding them. We've taught our associates to look inside of their account under my giving to track their gifts and it has proven to be affective. This new email blast is causing more work for our team therefore having ability to turn them off would be greatly appreciated.
