Peer to Peer Data Source - Include fundraiser ID for fundraisers that have $0 in donations

Include fundraiser ID for fundraisers that have $0 in donations. Right now, a fundraiser will not show in Tableau unless it has active donations attached. This change would allow admins to pull more robust reports.
