Add Ability to Re-Size Event Page Icons

Users currently have the ability to upload an image for an event during the creation/management process. However, there is no ability to crop, set the focal point, or otherwise adjust the image if it is not fitting in the desired way. This ask is to introduce a capability to adjust the fit of the image within the space provided.

    It takes extra time to input a graphic as it is often cut off, so you must adjust it. Please change to make this function easier to use.

    Graphics/photos add a lot to volunteer posts. It's important to not have the image chopped off. Please adjust so it can be easily resized.
