We had a support case open on the "Donated YTD" and "Charities Reached" widgets on the CSRConnect home page.

For offline donations, we allow a grace period for our donors to upload receipts and log donations from the prior year.

Currently, the "Donated YTD" and "Charities Reached" widgets will reflect any donation entered during the current calendar year, even if they were donated to a prior-year program.

We recommend changing these widgets to display donations made to current-year programs only. Any donations made to a prior-year program should be excluded.
