Currently in legacy there is an employee type column, we use this to filter out retirees and employees, this is not in the new AGR. This is extremely important when we do our reporting to leaders.

Hello Jacinda, thank you for your submission. 'Employee Type' is a field that already exists in the new AGR, it is column DF when opened in excel. Looking at your HR data and the employee datafeed, it appears that Thrivent is not sending over any data in the 'employee type' field currently. I am unsure if Thrivent previously provided this and it somehow fell off of the HR file we receive or if your HR file you send to us was possibly using a custom column at some point for this info to map to 'employee type'. I would suggest connecting with your CSM for support if you believe the 'employee type' should be populated with data differentiating between 'employee' vs 'retiree' and we can get actions started to evaluate and fix.
