Today users add guests to system and then add guests to event. I assume that more users are adding guests once than adding the same guest to multiple events throughout their volunteer career.
Recommendation is to add a guest to a project once, instead of to the system and then to the event.

A lot of our employees miss adding an event because they don't understand the process to add then select.
Agreed! This is a complicated step that we had to specifically train our employees on because it wasn't intuitive and is inconvenient.
