Our organization is very active with United Way and we often volunteer with them for the benefit of another nonprofit. For example - we do an annual backpack stuffing event at the United Way office, but the backpacks go to a local organization. If we had the ability to add two Benefiting Organizations to these volunteer events, it would not only give us better data about our volunteer hours with both organizations, it would help us to better recruit associates who might not feel motivated to support the United Way but would feel motivated to support the receiving organization for these events.
