Allow Client Admins to disable Featured Fundraiser feature on Fundraising main page

Client wishes to not give benefit to one fundraiser over the other.

    Hi Liz, thank you for the submission. For Peer to Peer fundraising, a featured fundraiser is not required. By default, this area of the Fundraising home displays the fundraiser closest to goal with the least time remaining. Would instead the ability to set a custom name for the 'featured fundraiser' area be beneficial for your client while still retaining this default functionality?
