Ability to re-order custom designations in settings

When adding custom designations to a charity, have the ability to order the designations how we wish vs having to delete in order to bring new ones to the top of the list.

    This would be super helpful to us at Kimberly-Clark. We upload custom designations every year for the United Way campaign and have to delete all the existing designations and manually re-enter them so that they will stay in alphabetical order. We do this for ~25 organizations with 20-50 designations for each organization.

    This idea is incredibly helpful! Often designations are added to charities throughout the year, and it would be excellent to re-order them to have the most recent or most important focus at the top OR alphabetize.
